What is the Neubie?

Turning 80 years old is traumatic! While I've been relatively healthy most of my life, I have the usual aches and pains of growing older - lower back pain, arthritic thumbs, frequent sinus headaches, and feet that are less than beautiful with bunions and hammer toes.

I was determined to fight this "growing older" mentally and physically with exercise and the right choice of foods. It helped, but the pain was increasing.

When I heard that Vanessa Abraham was trained in Neubie therapy, I thought "okay I'll try it on my thumbs." Much to my amazement, after 1 treatment, my lower back pain diminished, my sinus headache pain diminished and so did the pain in my thumbs.

After 1 week, my lower back pain was gone. I had no pain in my thumbs and no sinus headaches. My sleep is improved and I feel taller and younger.

I had a devastating fall where I broke both of my legs which were followed by 2 difficult surgeries. For a 3 month period I had to use a wheelchair and was not allowed to put any weight on my legs.

My son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder when he was two and a half years old. He was born prematurely at 31 weeks. His diagnosis was not a surprise to me because I had suspected something was different since he was 3 months old.

My husband was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy about three years ago. The involvement was fairly extensive…from his feet to just below his knees in both legs.
